SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES (see price chart below):

Wish Upon a Quilt will ship your package using the most economical service for your location. Whenever possible we will use US Postal Office Priority Mail with a two to three day delivery time. This service provides the ability to track the package in the US and a customs number outside the US. We charge only ACTUAL shipping costs, no handling fees!

If you would like insurance on your package, please let us know and we will insure your package for an additional charge.

PATTERNS and other small items: If your order contains just one pattern or is another small item, we will use first class shipping and the minimum cost will be $2.00 for US shipping.

All shipping chart pricing is based on the following yardage guidelines:

Up to 11 yards, a Priority Flat Rate Envelope will be used.
From 12 to 20 yards, a Priority Flat Rate Box will be used.
Over 20 yards, we will use the most efficient and economical shipping for your area.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:

We use flat rate global envelopes and boxes using the yardage guidelines above.

Flat rate envelopes:
$19.95 for Mexico and Canada (maximum weight 4 pounds)
$23.95 for other global destinations (maximum weight 4 pounds)

Flat rate boxes:
$40.95 Canada and Mexico,
$59.95 for other countries.
For all orders:

All shipping charges on your invoice are approximate, you will be charged the actual shipping cost.Orders that include large items, flannel or batting are bulkier and shipping will most likely be more.

If you need your package in a hurry please write that in the comment section and we will expedite your order.

Return policy

At Wish Upon A Quilt, we are committed to your satisfaction and know that you will love your purchase as much as we do. We make every effort to be accurate, however we will gladly refund or replace any incorrect or defective item, provided that you return them in the same state in which you received them (must not be washed or cut, no cigarette or other odors, etc). Please inspect your order upon receipt, as returns must be received within 30 days of the shipping date of your order.

Sale items, cut yardage and special orders are FINAL; no returns are accepted. Sales of books, and patterns are also FINAL; no returns are accepted due to copyright laws.

Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. A 15% restocking fee is charged for returns. All returns must be in original condition and in the original packaging
